La spigola detta anche branzino  (Dicentrarchus labrax ) è un pesce con caratteristiche nutrizionali ottime in quanto ricco di proteine, ferro, potassio, fosforo e vitamine B e D.

 

In cottura si presta a tutto, dal forno alla padella ad essere il ripieno per degli ottimi ravioli fatti a mano.

Suggerimento di preparazione buono e salutare:

Disponi la spigola su una teglia con carta forno e ricoprila di patate a fette sottili, spennella con olio e aggiungi spezie a piacere (aglio, prezzemolo e peperoncino vanno sempre più che bene!), inforna a 190° per 25′ circa (la temperatura e i tempi variano in base al forno che si possiede in casa)
